Main features:
- First floor: as you enter, you will find a spacious living room that can also function as a garage; although you won't have to worry about parking, the area offers plenty of options! The floor also has a fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom.
First floor: Relax in the second living room, which has a sofa, a comfortable double bed, and access to three spacious and bright bedrooms. This floor also includes another full bathroom for your comfort.
- Third floor (Roof Terrace): Enjoy lovely views on our roof terrace, which is perfect for spending the day outdoors. Here, you will find a sunbathing area with hammocks, a rustic barbecue for preparing delicious meals and a laundry room for added convenience.

The house is just a minute's walk from the beach, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. A few steps away, you will also find the village square and several restaurants where you can taste the local gastronomy.

Despite its calm, the house is excellently connected to the motorway, and in just 20 minutes by car, you can reach the main tourist areas of Tenerife.
