This large cave house from the 18th century, recently renovated, is located in Lomo de Mena, a village in the municipality of Güimar. It has private parking for up to 4 cars, two terraces, 2 kitchens, 1 bathroom, and 1 toilet, 2 living rooms, and 4 bedrooms, allowing a maximum capacity of 9 people. My favorite spot is undoubtedly the huge cave-style living room and kitchen, ideal for creating great family memories in an exclusive place, full of history. I assure you that this home will amaze you.
The house has a back door that will allow you to discover gardening and farming areas.
The accommodation is located in Lomo de Mena, part of the municipality of Güimar, a quiet area with beautiful views, ideal for rest and privacy and for hiking enthusiasts. With private parking within the property, 12 minutes from the beach by car and a 7-minute walk to the bus stop, with the possibility of traveling to any corner of the island.
The house has a back door that will allow you to discover gardening and farming areas, and direct access to a municipal sports court, ideal for children to play or engage in sports. It is located between the capital (Santa Cruz de Tenerife) and the main tourist areas of the island (El Médano, Los Cristianos, Las Américas, Costa Adeje), so you can quickly travel to any place. We also have a bus stop just 450 meters away (about a 7-minute walk), so the house is also suitable for travelers who do not plan to rent a car.
